21% of Students Prefer Macs

The report cites a survey across 1,200 students at 100 colleges, which confirmed Apple is the number two favorite computer brand for US students: 13 percent of students planning to buy a computer in the next year will buy a Mac, the survey says.
In notebooks, that percentage rises to 21 percent - a clear second-place behind Dell’s 41 per cent.
