LOL! i have a suggestion... sneak in at your building in the middle of the night and place a note near the elevator... 2ND FLOOR PEOPLE... PLEASE TAKE THE STAIRS. LOL! that would really leave a clear message and i'm sure a lot will agree with that. one building here in our country had a discreet way of saying it.. they placed a poster near the elevator saying TAKE THE STAIRS... IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH. I don't complain (even in my head) when someone takes the elevator up 1 floor; some people (even some young people) have bad knees or asthma or a number of excuses besides laziness. But when someone effects elevator traffic just to go down a single floor, I get a little annoyed.
