Elevator conversation of the day
**As the scene opens, I am getting on the elevator to go up to the 5th floor where I work. I am holding the door for a woman that obviously is doing the same thing. The woman approaches**
Woman (in all seriousness): Are you going up?
Me: Uhh, we’re on the first floor.
Woman: O, right.
**Close scene**

Maybe she thought you were one of those people that take the elevator down a floor to the basement?

Perhaps, but there isn’t a basement in the building, and from the ground floor where we were, there is only an “UP ” button. Once she got on the elevator, she had a good laugh at her question.
