Not worse?! Well that’s all fine and dandy if your car gets somewhere around 20 to 30 miles to the gallon. I have five kids and drive an SUV where the gas mileage is around 12 to 14 to the gallon. These high prices are killing me!! We live out in the boonies and don’t have public transportation as an option either.

but over in Europe, they are paying the equivalent of about $8/gallon. Just trying to keep a positive outlook!

In Iowa, the cheapest gas is usually the mid-octane stuff (89/90). Probably has something to do with ethanol subsidies. Just thought I’d share that!
