RagamuffinTop Challenge – Week 3 weigh-in
*sigh*
Well crap. Looking back at the past week of eating, I can see several times that I could have eaten much healthier but didn’t. I guess nachos and hot wings are no so good for you.
Regardless, this next week will be killer. Records will be broken. Weight will be lost (hopefully!).
- Starting weight this week: 286.4
- Weigh-in weight: 286.6
- Change: +.2 lbs
- Amount needed to reach my goal of 259: 27.6 pounds
