RagamuffinTop Challenge week 5 - Weigh In

This past week, I was pretty much unable to exercise because of a sore foot.  I was still able to sneak in a couple of jogs, including one from yesterday where I beat my best mile (look at the Nike widget on the right side of the screen, that’s the one).

As far as eating goes, I ate pretty healthy for the most part.  Monday night I ate some hot wings, but the rest of the week was pretty good.

Now for the weigh-in:

So, this week, I lost  .4 pounds!!  O boy! That’s not that much, but at least it’s in the right direction.

Remember, if you want to take part in the RagamuffinTop Challenge, go here to read all about the details.  Basically, you set a goal and post the results weekly.  The best part is that the entire world is your accountability partner!

  • Starting weight: 289.0
  • Last’s week’s weight: 281.8
  • Today’s weigh-in weight: 281.4
  • Today’s weight +/-:  -.4
  • TOTAL +/-: -7.6

Looking at your starting weight and this weeks weight you are doing amazingly well! Good for you!. Even if this week was only .4lbs thats still a difference. I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks now and yet I weighted in this morning at 2lbs less. I think its a trick. I think there is an evil man inside of my scale laughing at me right now because yesterdays official weight day showed no difference. Uggggg

    But Kudos to you!

Your widget seems to be on the diasbled list too.

Your fastest time yet…excellent. I think the biggest battle it breaking down your legs and building them back up again. The stronger your legs get the more you’ll be able to burn off. It is a delicate balance between pushing yourself and pushing yourself too hard. It is different for everyone.

@patrickwitherow - thanks man! How’s the jogging coming along? Any more rain-runs?

@Gretchin - that happens to me sometimes, but hopefully for you it means that when you weigh in, it will be a BIG loss.

@MTAE - I know, man, I have no idea what’s going on with it. The preview on the Nike website looks messed up too, it must be on their end.

    @Jess - I agree, even if it’s a .2 loss, it’s still a loss!

    Keep It Up Adam!

You’re doing great…wish I had your drive and determination. But hey; one can only resist those cookies calling from the cookie jar for so long…..

As a mom, I’m proud of you.

You don’t have to resist those cookies ALL the time, just make sure you control yourself! Thanks for the support!

  8. scottie Says:

Does control mean: eat most of them and leave a few, say like one, for the kiddies?

    ;)
