RagamuffinTop Challenge – week 6 – weigh in

This week, my foot was all better, so I was able to exercise a lot more.  In fact, yesterday (Saturday), I went for a jog, and I was able to jog an entire mile without stopping!  That is a big milestone for me.  Anyways, on to the weigh-in:

So, this week, I lost 6.2 pounds!! Holy smokes!

  • Starting weight: 289.0
  • Last’s week’s weight: 281.4
  • Today’s weigh-in weight:275.2
  • Today’s weight loss/gain: -6.2
  • TOTAL +/-: -13.8 pounds!

    You did awesome Adam!!! Especially on the week of the 4th where there was so much food tempts.

    Damn! What size feet do you have? They are bigger than the scale!

    I loved your reaction…you even fought back a smile. The fact that your legs and lungs are getting strong enough for you to go a mile says a lot. Keep it up!

    @MTAE – Size 13 for the last 15 years or so. Maybe the scale is small?! Well, whatever. Yeah, I was trying not to overreact on camera, but I was pretty pumped!
