RagamuffinTop Challenge week 9
This week, like the video says, I started to jog alongside the road early in the morning. Because of all of the hills, my endurance is building up quite well. Anyways, down to what you’re here for:
5.2 pounds baby!! That brings the total loss up to 19 pounds, which is only 11 shy of my original goal. Here are the overall stats:
- Starting weight: 289.0
- Last’s week’s weight: 275.2
- Today’s weigh-in weight:270.0
- Today’s weight loss/gain: -5.2 pounds!!
- TOTAL +/-: -19.0 pounds

@MTAE – I know, but it was so hard to resist doing. As for feeling better, yeah I really am. I have more energy overall, and I think I am sleeping a little better. Plus, knowing that all my pants fit a little looser feels pretty darn good!
WOW! That’s like 5 cheeseburgers from the now closed Cheeburger-Cheeburger at Auburn (not counting the onion rings and milkshakes).

I believe it was you, me, and Goatboy just to the right of the Men’s Restroom doorway. I was pretty bummed about that when I found out, if I’d have known I would have gone to retrieve the picture.

man, those were the days. I think they have a Cheburger Cheburger in Atlanta somewhere. We shouldn’t go there sometime and not eat a 1-pounder. Oops.
