RagamuffinTop Challenge Week 10

Welcome to this week’s weigh-in for the RagamuffinTop Challenge.  Everything this was was pretty standard (minus the gobs of chips and salsa I had at dinner Friday), so let’s see how the weigh-in goes:

  • Starting weight: 289.0
  • Last’s week’s weight: 270.0
  • Today’s weigh-in weight:268.8
  • Today’s weight loss/gain: -1.2 pounds
  • TOTAL +/-: -20.2 pounds

  • @MTAE - thanks man! Yeah, I do my weigh-ins in the basement, and that tv belonged to my grandmother. Right now it is being used as a shelf for junk.

    @Suzy - I'm glad I can be an inspiration. It really is something else having the world have access to your triumphs and failures. It makes me think twice before eating that plate of nachos!

  • Way to go on the weight loss! I need to lose a LOT myself- like about 60lb- so you are very inspirational! :-) I like the accountability thing...less keen on my family and friends knowing my real weight...
