This week started off a little slow since I was coming off of a heel injury, but overall, it was a pretty healthy week. And, I think the results show that!
- Starting weight: 289.0
- Last’s week’s weight: 268.0
- Today’s weigh-in weight: 263.0
- Today’s weight loss/gain: -5 pounds!
- TOTAL +/-: -26 pounds

Way to go brother!! I’m positive I did better then the scale reports as I gained 6 pounds in my sleep. Time for new scales and a new week! Good luck with it bro!!

@Toby - Thanks man! I’m sure your scale needs to be replaced, so next week will be a lot better!
@MTAE - None of my pants fit anymore, so I got some cheap “interim” pants while I still get smaller. It’s totally worth it though!
