RagamuffinTop Challenge week 16
Sep 14, 2008 Health, ragamuffintop challenge
First off, I did not post my weigh-in last week. I was out of town, and even though I brought my scale with me AND weighed in, I sort of just forgot to post it. As far as the result, I gained 3 pounds.
But that was LAST week. On to THIS week’s video (that has a small clip from last week’s weigh-in as well):
Really? I couldn’t lose .6 more pounds? Seriously though, I am so excited about this week. I am really hoping that next week will be the one where I pass my goal.
- Starting weight: 289.0
- Last’s week’s weight: 265.4
- Today’s weigh-in weight: 259.6
- Today’s weight loss/gain: -5.8 pounds
- TOTAL +/-: -29.4 pounds
Remember, if you want to take part in the RagamuffinTop Challenge, go here to read all about the details. Basically, you set a goal and post the results weekly. The best part is that the entire world is your accountability partner!

I would be up for something like this, because im overweight but since the body fluxuates so much and the fact I only eat one meal a day already kills my metabolism.
I am proud of you however.. now you just have to keep with your diet and exercise.

I am very goal driven. What are you going to do next?
I am hunting for another race to run in to make sure that I stay motivated.

@Kraze - Go for it man. You might need to change your eating habits up a bit and add a little exercise, but it’s a lot easier than I thought it would be, especially with a goal in mind. THanks!
@MTAE - I think for right now, I am going to set another weight loss goal. Maybe 25 more pounds. After that, the goal will be to tone up. But the immediate goal is to lighten up the load on my knees and ankles when I run.
@Toby - thanks man! Good luck to you as well!
