		<description>@Kraze - Go for it man.  You might need to change your eating habits up a bit and add a little exercise, but it&#039;s a lot easier than I thought it would be, especially with a goal in mind.  THanks!

@MTAE - I think for right now, I am going to set another weight loss goal.  Maybe 25 more pounds.  After that, the goal will be to tone up.  But the immediate goal is to lighten up the load on my knees and ankles when I run.

		<description>I would be up for something like this, because im overweight but since the body fluxuates so much and the fact I only eat one meal a day already kills my metabolism.

I am proud of you however.. now you just have to keep with your diet and exercise.
