VisualHub makers closing their doors

Bad news, Mac users.  I have posted before on my love for VisualHub, the best movie-converter on the Mac.  Techspansion, the company that made it, has decided to close shop:

…After much soul-searching (it’s not you, it’s me), for personal reasons, Techspansion is closing its virtual doors.
The Support Forum and Support E-mail will be available for a while longer to take care of any remaining issues for you.

Thanks for all your support. It’s been a fun ride.

I’m really sad to read that. I use VisualHub every time I need to convert a movie from one format to another, which is almost every day. Luckily, the software will continue to work, but there will be no more updates.

Thanks, VisualHub. It really has been awesome!
