Is the ShamWow a sham?
I was reading up on Vince Offer, the spokesman for the ShamWow. In case you haven’t seen it, the ShamWow is that friggin awesome infomercial where the shammy cloth soaks up all of the liquids. Honestly, it mesmerizes me every time I see it. Anyway, I came across a website that says that maybe they did some fancy editing in the commercial:
You’ll notice the part where he pours soda on the carpet and it flows out and onto the surface. When it cuts to a closeup where Vince is about to soak up the soda, the overspill is gone!
Please ShamWow, be the life-altering product that I know you are!

thats because the shamwow is so awesome it soaks up any stray liquid automatically….I like the Billy Mays commercials better because I think yelling makes a product that much better
