Would you go to a movie by yourself?

Hypothetically speaking, let’s say there was a movie that was out that you REALLY wanted to see in the theater.  It’s a big action movie, awesome special effects… the kind of movies that are almost worth spending $10 to see.  So you really want to see it, but none of your friends do.  In fact, they could care less about it because they obviously do not have good taste in movies.

In that situation, would you go see a movie in theater by yourself?  If so, would you wait until a time where it would be less-crowded, or would you go all out and see it on a Friday or Saturday night?
