Hey there!  It’s good to see you, too.  It’s been awhile.  What’s been going on, you ask?  Well, here is what I can think of, in nice and neat bullet-form:

  • First of all, and most importantly, I have fallen in love with an amazing woman.  More on that later :)
  • I’m still jogging, and my weight loss is at about 55 pounds so far.  It’s getting harder and harder to keep going, but at the very least, I am maintaining, so that’s good.
  • I still work for an unnamed telephone company.  It has 3 letters, and an “&” between letters 2 and 3.  NOT in the wireless department, so save your crappy cellphone service complaints for someone else (and know that I completely agree with you)
  • I have recently discovered several new musicians that I have really connected with lyrically.  Again, more on that later.
  • I have been attending Northpoint Community Church in Alpharetta, GA.  Nothing against the church I was going to before, but there was a lot I did not agree with.  For example, being told that I could not wear jeans and flip flops.  NOT cool, and good grief, not Biblical!
  • Speaking of Northpoint, you can watch their service live online every Sunday night at 6pm EST over at Northpoint Live.  Check it out!
  • I might be addicted to the Super Donkey Kick Lite energy drink.  It’s not nearly as good as CRUNK!!!, but it is so darn cheap!  (3 for $4).  You just can’t beat that price!
  • I think that’s about it for now!  Thanks for sticking around, there will be MUCH more to come!
  • One more thing.  In keeping with the theme of this blog, here is a picture of a cute Chihuahua.  Because, you know, why not?

  • Yeah, it is like night and day from what I have been used to...
  • tammy and I are attending Buckhead church (another Northpoint campus) now too and we love it.
  • Yeah, not so much a lot, but what has changed has been pretty significant! And yeah, I think we were going to do something last weekend but y'all had a wedding to go to or something. We will figure it out!

    And, the Chihuahua... that is Bogart, and he is single... just a thought!
  • Glad you're back to blogging. Seems like lots has changed since the Rock & Wing Fest, so you should probably hang out with the Mackalicious family again soon... speaking of which, what ever happened to movie night once a month?!

    And, that's a cute Chihuahua, looks a lot like Olive.
  • Funny you say that, the mall nearby is Northpoint Mall, and the church and the mall are located on Northpoint Pkwy. I guess it's easy to remember?
  • Love! That explains everything.

    Also, just yesterday I was making fun of churches, malls, and suburbs with boring names like Northview, Northpoint, etc., so thanks for giving me a chuckle today (even though it wasn't your intent).
