		<description>I keep a lot of safety snack foods here at my job and at home. Lite yogurt (80-100cals), Apples, Oranges, sugar free snack packs (80-100cals) &amp; whenever I feel hunger I drink a large glass of cold water, at least 24ozs before I eat. Sometimes the water can by me another hour or so......if u keep making those little smart choices a couple of times a day they result in 1000&#039;s of calories you trim off of your weekly totals.</description>

		<description>do you find yourself hungry throughout the day?  I think that is a struggle of mine.  I try to keep it at around that number too, but I sometimes end up getting hungry and throwing caution to the wind.  Next thing I know I&#039;m at 2200 or so.</description>
