BigRigg Challenge week 11 weigh-in
No video this week, but at least I remembered to make a post, right?
To give you a recap… I weighed myself last week and had lost .6 pounds. Today, I weighted myself again, and I am down another 1.8! Woo hoo!
I have decided to get back to kicking major A on the treadmill rather than just 15 minutes at a time. I had changed things up for the last several weeks, but the changes resulted in me not losing weight, so it is time to go back to what I know works for me. My legs are sore, but that will soon pass and I will be back in running mode.
