Man loses 80 pounds by eating only at McDonald’s

No, not by eating that.
A man in Virginia decided that eating McDonald’s was a convenient way to eat, so he did it for a few months. And the results?
Chris Coleson tipped the scales at 278 pounds in December. The 5-foot-8 Coleson now weighs 199 pounds and his waist size has dropped from 50 to 36.
He did it by eating wraps, salads, and the Apple Dippers they have (minus the caramel dipping sauce). The result was some pretty serious weight-loss!
There is a common misconception that you can’t lose weight if you eat out all the time. I know from personal experience that you really can, and it isn’t even that hard. I eat out more than I eat in during the week, and it’s really just a matter of what you order.
McDonalds has grilled Snack Wraps, which are actually quite low in fat and calories. They are filling, and about $1.50 each. Subway has tons of choices for healthy eats, as do most other restaraunts, both fast food and sit-down.
I think the hard part comes when you see other things on the nenu that you really want. You know, the loaded cheese fries or the platter of hot wings. If you are really hungry, you might fall into that temptation and before you know it, you have wing sauce all over your face and you feel guilty.
So I guess the takeaway form this story is that if you go out, you still can eat healthy. Look up the menu online and pick out what you want before you get there. Then, there is less time to change your mind.
