TwitterFox - a Twitter plugin for Firefox
May 30, 2008 Found Online, Internet
Anyone who uses Twitter and Firefox, check out this plugin. It puts a little Twitter Pop-up window within your browser. It’s nice to not have to deal with a separate program or have to constantly refresh the Twitter.com page.
So far, it’s been pretty good. You can see just replies made to you in a separate tab if you want, as you can with direct messages. If you want to make the window go away, you just click the “t” in the status bar. Pretty good stuff!

Possibly the best WordPress Plugin EVER
May 21, 2008 Found Online, Just Plain Awesomeness
For anyone out there that used the self-hosted WordPress blogging platform, LISTEN UP! As you know, the way you install a plugin to your blog is to FTP the files manually. That really stinks for those of us that can’t FTP from work (where we might just happen to do most of our blogging). Well, there is a VERY easy cure.
There is a plugin called Plugin Central. You have to install it the old fashioned way via FTP, but it will be the last time you have to do that. Once installed and avtivated, you can simply get to it via the Dashboard, give it a link to a plugin .zip file, and it will automatically install it. It has a very clean interface. Here is a screenshot:
So, there you have it. The most useful plugin ever. Enjoy!
